Unlike many web design agency's, we do not charge an hourly rate for our services, the project is only complete when the customer is happy with the result. The customer will always be aware of any costing's before a project begins by way of a detailed site plan, and there will only be increases to the quoted pricing should additional requirements be added during the building procedure.

We also believe that customers should be able to contact us free of charge at anytime, regarding their web site project, including after the web site has gone live and agreed completion of the project.

By offering web sites with self edit capability, DTX Design do not have to be involved in the update of your web site. We feel that customers should be able to make minor edits at least to their web site, at anytime they choose, and not need to be charged each time an edit is required.
